My Doc has me on 10mg of baclofen and I just take one before bedtime and I am sleeping so much better without pains and herky jerkys!

Last night I was up till 2:00 because of a cup of tea in the evening and had a caffeine buzz.

I thought I had made the goodnite brand but made the other. OOPS!!

Read the labels first!! Lesson learned.
