I'm so down about not being in DC tomorrow...my DS 31 and his wife are staying in her office overnight in downtown DC with 10 others, and then they're walking as close as possible to the Capital...so wish I could be with them...but I know I would have a hard time walking and standing so much...esp with how uncomfortable I was election night at Grant Park when Obama spoke after he was declared the winner...so I might just stay home and watch

I think it's time for me to order my monthly IV steroids...having trouble with stiffness, spasms, and even dealing with hygiene issues...

Deb slow baked a chicken yesterday seasoned and stuffing and 3 loaves of bread and me on steroids smelled it all day it was such a good meal, the home made bread warm w/some butter melted on it with a touch of honey, oh my me thinks that is what breakfast is gonna be today

i got me a dryer to fix today, gonna go to the Sears Parts store we have nearby and pick their brain I am pretty sure its the ignition, I'm not getting any gas flow and it wont open that valve, till there is ignition, so......

I haven't been on much over the past few days. We had a great time visiting with both DBF's sister as well as mine. The weather was great over the weekend. It was beautiful out.

If I could figure out how to take a picture of the warm sunshine, I'd take one and post it for you all. Actually, it is supposed to be up in the 80's!!! Yuck! This is not normal for this time of year.

I slacked off on my housework over the past few days so today is straighten up day and cleaning day. I also didn't do laundry over the weekend but that may have to wait until tomorrow.

MY UPDATE: so busy on the weekends...I can never get on, I hope

Ive been dog sitting for two days, Molly loves the company. Yesterday
I made Thanksgiving dinner for 12 of my family. My two older boys were
in Mexico for Thanksgiving and had pasta for dinner.lol so it was turkey
and all the fixings . Also my 5 year old has had a cold and this keeps
him awake at night.....so Im beat beyond beat.

But the dinner was great and everyone got to see my oldest before he
heads back to college this coming weekend. So it was all worth it. Today
I intend not to do much and watch the events on tv. sounds good, right?

I keep thinking its monday due to the holiday and everyone having the day
off yesterday. So everyone have a great TUESDAY!!!!!

Happy Inauguration Day! Can you believe how crowded the Washington Mall was by 6 am? So glad I didn't go to DC...I was going to go to downtown Chicago...they're having a gathering with a large TV...but there's no way I can stand for long...so i'm going to make some tea and watch it at home with my doggie...

What, copaxone causes stiffness? Huh? Why take these drugs if they make us feel even worse? Isn't the lumpiness and itchiness enough? And joint pain?

Debbie D, Sorry to hear you're not feeling that well. For me, when it's cold out I get stiff. The only thing that helps me is heat, but got to be careful not to overheat oneself. I go from Frankenstein to Raggedy Ann when that happens. Hope you feel better soon.

Got the inauguration coverage on the TV at the hotel. It's cool to see the crowds. Then when it's over, will run out for some lunch and shopping.

I am in my office watching CNN on my computer. This is so exciting. I just hope the computer works in my classroom so we can listen to Obama's speech.

Well I just got caught up on all the news once again. should cover everything. I've been busy the last few days. Hopefully I can regroup today somehow.

DS had a two hour delay and I have a one hour delay. I keep glancing at the clock and thinking I'm late for work.

It is 16 degrees here. Bring on spring!!!
