Thumbs up Yippy!!! Doing the happy dance!

Back in August I posted a thread about having lost all the info on a digital voice recorder. I was so disheartened because it was loaded with dozens of stories my Dad told about his very interesting life. The tech gurus told me there was no way to recover them (because of the kind of device it was).

He's very sick now with cancer and so, when I rediscovered the little voice recorder yesterday, I thought I ought to get him to share a few memories before he doesn't have the energy.

Well, I couldn't get the thing to work, so I tried new batteries. When I inserted them, I made the joyous discovery that ALL THE OLD RECORDINGS ARE THERE!!! The thing just needed some juice!

Yessssss!!!
