I used to listen to Triple J before we moved to Tasmania, so I know what a good station it is.

With all the Aussie food we got, I forgot the lamingtons! Drat!

Enjoy your day redtail.

My sister won a radio contest once for the worst ever recipe with her lamingtons!

She had made the cake according to the recipe, and covered the squares of cake with the chocolate coating that she'd made, but could not for the life of her, get the coconut to stick.

She'd only used a gravy powder (Gravox) instead of cocoa in her "chocolate" mix.

This reminds me of a friend who had spent the day, and probably half the night harvesting, and made a yummy roast lamb, and made gravy, but used custard powder instead of gravox!!!!! does this count as dinner and dessert in one??

Mmmm my lamingtons have been taste tested and are yummy, and as soon as I've uploaded my pictures, I will add some photos to my albums.
