clouds...when you say you mix tea and coffee...do you mean together...or tht you alternate drinking them?

i alternate. i will drink the herbal and green teas during the day and evening. i avoid caffiene past morning. i don't sleep much anyways...and don't want to risk it keeping me up.

"Four months ago, I had alot of health problems and it took until a month ago before I became well again. The question is, after being a coffee lover for all those years, why now all of a sudden, I can't even drink one cup of coffee? I can't stand the taste or smell anymore."

Hmmmmmm- I remember a time (when I was pregnant) where I felt bad/sick the first 3 months, and all the stuff I loved to eat suddenly tasted and smelled awful. Then, about month #4, the sickness subsided considerably, but I still couldn't stand to eat or smell the stuff I'd aways loved to eat until after the baby-- or babies I should say (I had 2, so I went thru this twice) were born.

Ah, but all that is soooo far behind me now, perhaps the 28 years since I had son #2 has dulled my memory. Added to time too, MS cognitive damage hasn't helped either.

Forgive me for such a sensless, wandering post.
