Default Are or were you an STNA

I am going to go to STNA (state tested nursing assistant) classes. Has anyone here been one? The classes aren't till May 11 - May 22. (My dd is taking them too. She's in nursing & thinks it will help.) Is there anything I can read now that could help me in the class?

I'm thinking of working in a nursing home. I was an activities assistant long ago & really liked it. My grandma lived with us after mom died & helped raise we 4 kids. Think about it, she now did the 'mom & house stuff' a second time. I like older people more than others I think. -- (Perhaps she wasn't really that old (about 65) but to a little girl 50 is old. LOL

Hi Lor,
Sounds like a very worthwhile thing to do.
All the best with it.
I can't help you much because I'm in another country.

When I was a little girl, I remember that I thought that a relative who was 28 was really, really old.
