Wow lor. You might have gotten sick if you ate any of that.

We take it for granted and our family does too, that food in the pantry is safe. I bet most don't look at dates.

We all need to do a spring cleaning of our pantries.

Good thread to add other Spring Cleaning tips.

No way. I am not even looking. Most of MY stuff, I took care of when we painted. The rest of it is dd's, and she eats all this vegan oriental stuff. I don't even know WHAT it is, much less if it's *good*.

The Chinese to English translations are a hoot, though. And the packages are pretty.

I am gonna get on the spring cleaning though, just in case we do move. I started with the *spare* BR. 2 bags of trash!

When doing closets, put your hangers back backwards.

If you don't end up wearing something in a year, you'll stll have the hanger backwards. Donate or sell it.

A year gives a good time frame because of seasonal clothes.

Do the same for shoes. Put them back heal forward. When you wear them, put them away toe forward.

I love this idea. Some stuff just sits and sits.

Pull out your fridge so that you can wipe down and clean the metal coils on the back.

Those things are dust magnets and will make your fridge run longer and harder (electric bill) if not cleaned.

Say I'll make someone a great wife one day and I'll punch you right in the head.

My clothes are weird.....they get smaller with each year they hang in my closet. What in the world is up with that!???
