Aw, nuts. Maude as Archie's cousin was the best!

I loved The Golden Girls. In fact, I just watched a rerun yesterday and wondered how all the actors in that series were doing.......I didn't know she was sick.

I loved her as Maude too. I've also been watching re-runs of "The Golden Girls". They were good and she was so good. I didn't know she was sick either.

I loved her as Maude and in the Golden Girls. Oh yes...and as Archie's cousin!
She was very talented. Didn't she play the same character in each show? At least they were similar. Very bright, genuine, caring, unique...sarcastic One sensed that she was like that herself. Perhaps this says it all. She brought much joy to our family...to her viewing audience. She will be missed tremendously. |

She was one of my all time favorite actresses. Grandma and I have been watching Golden Girls reruns for the last week or so - it was sad to see that she passed away. I didn't realize she was the same age as my Grandma, until I saw the article yesterday.

The great ones are leaving us. She had a dry sense of humor was really funny. I just saw Betty White guest starring on a TV show a couple of weeks ago and she looked great for her age.
