Default Hot Pepper Broth

I'm making that stuff to deter racoons at camp (spray in around edges of campsite) and Lisa & I cough when we go in the kitchen as the peppers boil. It said all creatures stay away.// Perhaps they step on it & get it on their paws then when the lick their feet they get the hot pepper taste & they don't like that,

Awww......sounds cruel. Probably why I don't camp......and why I don't have a garden (or a productive garden )......and why the critters around my house are so fat!!!

But golly gee Kitty, It won't hurt the little (or big) critters. Or kitty's either. It's spraying ammonia that I don't plan to do. Someone suggested that.

I took 1/2 a sip & quickly had to drink some milk.

I only used peppers to keep my own doofy dog from ripping the lattice off from the bottom of my porch - trying to get at the rabbits hiding under it.

To deter the rabbits from my garden, a fake snake worked fine. Plus, I planted things they prefer to my veggies. They really don't like veggies as much as johnny jump ups it turns out. and the johnnys come back if you let em re-seed.

Oddly, the rabbits live under the shed right next to the garden, haven't lost a single veggie.

My Mom tried this method.....but failed to tell anyone else. Guess who "found" the snake one morning and nearly had a heart attack?! Yep......me!!
