Confused Transfering your SSI and SSDI to another state

Hi everyone,

I have a question...
Can you transfer an existing case(at the appeals process ) to another state and if so how many of you did it and how was the outcome ? Also, if you can't how many people are at the Appeal Counsel part ..

Thank You all in advance.. this site really helps...
