Welcome to NeuroTalk Bertha! I'm glad you found us!

I don't know anything about those proceedings, but maybe somebody else will know something and chime in. I hope it went well and you'll hear soon and get your benefits! Keep us posted!

Default Same with me

I won my case with mental disorders and the voc rehab person never said a word. Just a doctor and a psychairist spoke. They were convinced enough they didn't need the voc specialist's input. So I would say you are in pretty good shape to win.

It's hard telling...

The Voc Expert at my hearing said there was nothing in the workforce that I could do... my denial letter said different.

They didn't even have my attorney listed as my attorney...they have him as a NON ATTORNEY Representative... He's been my lawyer for 5yrs.

Also... all of the records they listed on my denial letter were from 2005. Nothing current...
