Hi everyone I just wanted to give an upadate. I checked my bank account. On November 30, 2009 there was a deposit from ssa for $1,720 and on the first there was another deposit for $1720. However, I have not recieved all of my backpay. I recieved two letters from ssa balitmore MD today the letters both say the same thing " we are sending you a check for $1720,this includes benefits due you through november 2009, after that you'll get $860 each month." The letter also states " when we are done working on your claim we will send you a letter explaining your benefit amount" I am happy that i got some of my money but i am still wondering about the when I will get my backpay that was returned over a mouth ago.
