Oh Dear !

If you found my quote too confusing for you, it would have been so much more helpful to the board if you asked for clarification rather than confusing others by declaratively stating, "It says nothing about further recourse"

I am always happy to explain things more fully. It's always nice to be asked rather than someone declare you to be wrong when they were in fact too 'confused' to understand a statement.
