Each day till the letter gets there will seem like forever---try to occupy yourself with stuff to do each day. I got my letter 9 days early. Our wait time in pa is a month.
Okey doke! Take care! My thoughts are with you!

Had the hearing....waiting for a decision

I have had my hearing with the ALJ and I am awaiting his decision. He put a 30 day stay for some more medical records to be recieved and that ended Friday (8/28/10). Now I am in the process of waiting again..... It did sound positive though.
When the vocational expert listed work, the judge asked about certain things pertaining to my 'issues' and whether or not that would affect keeping a job and her answer was yes to every one.......
It has been almost 26 months since I first applied. I am hoping this is the end of the road because it kills me each month when my mom and husband are the only ones putting money out to pay OUR bills........
I wish anyone just starting or in the waiting process the best of luck....

It sounds promising for you. That is 1 of the main reasons I won. The judge asked if there were any jobs that I could do and the Voc specialist said none. Hang in there it is almost over. I have been there and done that. It tpook me 3 1/2 years to win.
