Default Hearing today

Just got back from my ssdi hearing. I am more confused than ever. The judge didnt give an indication of to which way it went. I have a history of alcohol abuse which was a big no-no. I also have HBP that I take 4 meds for. I also have 2 herniated disks that is effecting the nerve in my right leg. I also have no reflexes in that leg. The judge seemed to really want to keep going after the alcohol abuse. Do I stand any chance of winning?
The VO said I couldn't do my past work.
