Had you been denied before now and the hearing was for an appeal?
I don't know if even your atty would know?? .. maybe all they do is let them know that a decision has been made - so that you both don't show up for the hearing..when there isn't going to be one. I don't know if it is like work comp - on my state's website - after a time the WC decisions are posted on the state website... but those might be after all parties have been notified. Sometimes it is just hard to know .... but I suppose it has to go thru all the right channels before you get notified.. And I'm sure there is a backlog in the whole system now so that slows it all down too.
