Confused "Last date insured"

Hi again. I am sorry for all the questions this week. I am really in a panic/paradoid mode.

On my approval letter from this past May, it does not have a time that I will be re-reviewed I know it is like 3 or 5 years or something. I can call them to find out right?

Also, and this has me freaked because I have no idea what it means: "The claimant's last date insured is Dec. 31, 2011." Janke or anyone, do you know what this means? Does it mean I don't get SSDI as of that date or is that the time I will be reviewed?
Thank you so much. Again, I am sorry for so many stupid questions.
Thank you.

It just means that you would have needed to be found disabled prior to 12/31/11, which you were. Your benefits will continue as long as you remain disabled. They will not end on this date.

I agree with Steve3d.

Any your limit for stupid questions is about 100. When you hit that limit, you have to stop...
