The only reason I answered no is because I am not going to see my doctor until August 22nd of 2012. I recieved the short form mailer in the mail on August 10th 2012. Should I be worried about my form getting flagged? I have been blind since birth and have been recieving SSI benefits since 2005. Any reply back would be appreciated.

I doubt it very much that you will be flagged just for that. They gotta know you didnt suddenly get your sight back.
you will be fine

Thank you. I hope it doesn't. Someone replied to my post and said that I should contact the social security office and tell them that I have an appointment on August 22nd just to be sure it didn't get flagged. Do you think I should call the social security office or do you think I should just wait and see what happens?
