That was exactly my response for the reconsideration. I argued that if the agent reviewing her file would have read through her entire file she would have discovered that she suffered from bi-polar plus arthritis throughout her body. She can barely stand, type or hold a pencil, what makes you think she could hold a lipstick tube? Miraculously she won on the reconsideration.

yes that is pretty bizarre if lack of makeup is being used to prove that a person can work.
