I didn't pay no attention to the Preident's planned budget so was SSDI COLAs spared from a cost freeze?

I don't see a plan for freezing spending on money overseas.

i cant get into politics here but without mentioning names, the majority party in the house of representatives wants to change the formula for cost of living allowances to reduce them or to eliminate them all together.
