The problem with getting rid of the eight tracks is how do you throw away Pink Floyed, or Jimmy Hendrix? I guess it's separation anxiety. The turn table I was talking about was also Am/Fm unfortunately no eight track. I guess that your IPod in the toilet even if it did work would be hard to hang onto. Well keep rocking and moving you will feel better, just keep the bills in a drawer.

I wonder if you could take an 8 track apart and run the tape on one of those reel to reel players. Nah probably wouldn't work. If those tapes are in good shape, I would keep them. Who knows, some day they may be worth something. After all, they are probably getting close to being antiques already. As for the IPod, the medicine cabinet is mounted above the toilet; I was fumbling in there with my IPod in my hand and splash. The toilet wasn't being used at the time of the catastrophe thank god. If it had, I would have just flushed it on down. I ain’t stickin my hand in there.. |
