Default Survivors Benefits

If anyone knows the particulars of Survivors Benefits... Whenever I bring up the concerns I have about losing my Social Security to my mother she seems to believe that the "normal rules" of SS do not apply to survivors benefits as they do to normal SS disability.. She seems to think the rules are more liberal for those on survivors, I guess less formal CDRs and looser restricted CDRs. If anyone is educated on this subject express your opinion please

Your mother is wrong. The rules for continuing disability for survivor benefits are exactly the same as the rules for continuing disability for benefits on your own earnings.
