Crazy Can I?

Can I use the kids backpay or monthly payment of SSDI toward presents for their birthdays? And Easter baskets? My monthly SSDI check goes completely for the mortgage. My backpay is almost gone and it has only been 7 months...bills to be paid!
So far, the kids money has only been used for clothes, food (only sometimes), and I forget what else. They have a nice savings in their accounts which I hope will be there to go for cars when they are old enough...they are 3 & 5 now.

Thank you!!!!!!!

We spend the kids backpay and monthly pay on whatever we need. Bills, eat out, or whatever we want. I would not worry about anything. As long as their needs are taken care of. We took a 5 day vacation when I finally got my backpay. Everybody in the house had to suffer for years before I won so we celebrated. My wife filled out the report on what we spent the money on and we never heard back from them.

Thank you Hoosier!
I have a folder with all the monthly receipts, but it dosen't account for all of the money because my brain can not handle that much organization. My husband puts them in the correct months in the folder for me unless i put it in the folder right away.
