Default SSDI Dependent

I was awarded SSDI this month and have a telephone appointment for my son to receive benefits. I've read that his is automatic since I'm receiving them, so what do they ask in the phone call? The only documents I was told to have (via post) is the bank account for direct deposit. Thanks!
