Default need help with appeal reconsideration

I know there was a post with an expample of a reconsideration letter after the first denial but I can't seem to find it. I have neck/ arm issues so limited on how much time I can spend on a computer.
I've been denied (1st) and need to file the reconsideration soon so need some help that with it. Appears SS didn't even look at my mri's from 3 years ago or that Dr medical records only the last year or so from other sources.

So if someone has the link to the post I need or any suggestions let me know.
Thanks

All forms are on the Social Security Disability website.

I wasn't talking about forms I was referrring to an actual person that won their disability at the reconsideration level. They posted some of the wording etc. But I now believe it might of been another forum.

Default appeal

Hello, and I am sorry you have to deal with the SS system. It is my understanding that many people are denied the first time. I was denied twice, and then had a blessed hearing before A judge. I was very grateful to go before that judge, and I was granted disability that day. Get a para legal if you can. I did this, and it made the process better to endure. You at least have a professional in your corner to help, if nothing else to calm your nerves. My para legal and I are on a first name basis! He knows I was a wreak over it, but soothed my nerves while waiting. He recently helped me again, when forwhat ever reason, after 4 years my coverage changed and I lost my food stamps. I have them back now, and am grateful again to have that professional in my corner when things don't make sense. I really wish those in the process of getting their coverage all the best in their efforts. ginnie

I'm glad that you were able to get the help you needed ginnie.

To clarify for all though.....you had a para professional in your corner, not a professional. Having a paralegal assist you with the SSDI application is just that, having them assist you. If you need legal advice, you would have to seek the services of a lawyer

The paraprofessional is able to perform tasks requiring significant knowledge in the field, and may even function independently of direct professional supervision, but lacks the official authority of the professional. For example, a person who hires a paralegal in lieu of a lawyer to complete bankruptcy forms is still considered to be filing pro se.[3]
