I was denied SSDI 3 times over a perion of 2 1/2 years. I was finally aproved in Feb 2001. Got benefits for myself and my 2 children. However, I lost about $30,000 (1 year of benefits) because I tried to work 3 months of the last year.

Default government

I applied for SSD on December 13,2009 I am still waiting. I have CRPS in both feet bad and am unable t o work. My paindoctor had written that I am disabled. All I can do is get dressed by myself. I have been denied 3 times and am now at the hearing stage. It gets frustrating fighting for something i need. I just turned 40 and my husband and I lost a truck and our house. I just keep praying that it will be approved soon.

Hang in there, keep the Faith and keep fighting. Do you have an attorney?
