I'm sorry to hear that LDD.

How did you get the news if you haven't received the letter yet ? Do you have a lawyer yet ?

I'm sorry that you have to deal with this frustration and financial crisis on top of your disability.

No I called and asked the representative and she read the letter to me. Thanks finz. I am going to get an attorney now.

when i got first turned down,my lawyer let me know what was the deciding factors on why i got turned down.i even had the judge tell me that i should ask my doctor about my neck.so i took his advice and some tips from our good people here.its what help me win my case.if you can find out what it was that made his desicion
