Zevan, Janke gave you some good tips. even if the doctor destroyed the file, how did you pay, maybe you have receipts, cancelled checks from the bank you can get a copy of, insurance claim records, prescription records etc. i wish you the best of luck. people here were trying to help you, its not their fault that they dont have all the information not that you should put it on a public forum but they were trying their best to help. if you think about that im sure you will understand.
