Janke, Don's ALJ used his 55 birthday to meet the lower thresh hold for SSDI approval if I'm remembering correctly.

hmm i think your right to "litLove".they use it as to not to have to pay me a whole full year so im only getting the last 5months.iwas asked if i agreed with that(but of course i dont)but i was told by my "VA"councilor to just take the money and go on with my "New"life"after all i have been thru.dont prolong the pain.at least he said"You got apporoved"!!!
