I have MS, have been on disability since mid-1990's. I need imput with quesiton #3 about doctor & I discussing "work". 1st option "my dr.& I have not discussed whether I can work; #2: my dr. told me not to work #3: my dr.told me I can work. Since I have MS since 1985, I go into the Neurogolist for major issues like exacerbations. So since 2009, I am not sure if I even discussed work with dr. as I was there for another MS flair up, brain MRI's etc.
I am very worried about this one, as I know this is read by a scanner. Any thoughts on the "Disability update form". c. |

Have you thought of keeping a log of how your symptoms affect your activities of daily living? Then have that discussion with your MD on how that precludes working.
