Default

I know many people do recommend keeping a pain log.

I've kept a pain journal for several months a few times since I was injured 8 years ago......I've never gotten a doc to do more than glance at it. It caused more pain to write the notes and didn't seem to do any good.....for me.

I think keeping a simple log of meds and tests, etc to help keep track of things is practical and useful.
