Default New with a question

Hi

I am on my reconsideration and I had a question. I talked to a lawyer who gave me some advice. Since I got denied the first time I had a heart attack. The lawyer said be sure to tell the person on my case about it because they needed the records. I didn't have to do that because my case worker called me in the hospital. They had a question about a doctor's appointment and called my sister after they could not get me. She told him where I was and he called me at the hospital. He said he would request the records from the hospital.

Now to my question. I went to the appointment they set up for the physical thing and blood work. The doctor told my my potassium was at a dangerous level and to go to the emergency room as soon as I left his office. Do I need to tell the case worker about the emergency room visit or will that be included with the report that the doctor sends to them?

Hi my personal advice is everything that you do with any Dr.s try to get a copy for yourself and for your represntative. Remember you are trying to build as big of a medical records folder as you can to prove any and all disabilities.

Default Hello Bungarian

Welcome to Neuro Talk. You found a site that will help you with some of these SSD problems. I document everything, and report it. Especially if you are in the process of getting SSD. I made copies of copies, just to make sure they get the information. It is better to have more information than not enough. I wish you all the best as you go forward with the process of SSD. ginnie

Default Medical Reords

Always send medical records to your caseworker. Never trust the SSA to do anything.
