I have been going back and fourth with my congressman about my remand letter I recieved a couple weeks ago. I keep telling his ***. how I would never be able to survive having to wait 2 years for another hearing. I told her a dire need letter may be needed. She told me a case sent back for a remand is trested just like a dire need case, and would be teated with priority scheduling. She told me it should be scheduled the end of Sept. begining of Oct. Great news if it is true?
