Do anyone know how long it normally takes to get a remand hearing with same judge? If you get a chance look up New York Times article dated January 15, 2013 on Queens,Ny lawsuit against aljs and possible settlement, very interesting reading.

I was in contact with my congressman the whole time and I believe that may have help me. I am in Michigan and it took I think about 10 months to get notice from the appeals council that they remanded it back, and about 4 months later to get the hearing. I had the hearing 11-30-12 and I am still waiting for his decision. good luck.
