Yes. All of the above plus suicidal. I was denied at alj level. I could still appeal but I talked to others and decided I cannot wait up to a year for them to decide if they will even look at it again and then probably just deny again. I am filing a new claim. I have gone to more specialists and have new diagnosis's and documentation. Having MRI and neuropsychological exam done also. Wish me luck. I will pray for us both. I know those who apply really need it. Get more evidence and file a new claim. Don't let it get you down. I really felt the depression hard after denial.

I was just denied last month after my remand, I feel your pain. It sure feels hope less 99% of the time. Its been 4 years, I can't give up I can't work. And I won't file new claim and give up all that back pay.

I hear you, one thing I will consider if I am denied again by the same alj is the same thing done in Queens,Ny, a lawsuit against this bias alj. The vast difference between this guy and other aljs cannot be a accident, I just feel like he has to be stopped, I don't think one man should have that much power to play God with so many people's lives in the face of your bosses, the Appeals Council saying you made numerous mistakes, now fix it and issue a new decision, and then turn around and say the heck with you all.
