Make an appointment to see the file asap if you haven't already done so. Trying to go over it half an hour before your hearing just isn't enough time!!!

Good luck with your hearing, listen to your lawyer, and just be honest. Make sure you speak your mind so you are herd.

Default Wishing you luck

Good luck with your hearing. I so hope it goes in your favor. I will pray for you. I am starting a new claim with new evidence on March 4. Hope it goes well for me too. This is such a hard long process. My lawyer told me to not say to much and I took his advise and lost. I am going to now go into major detail about just what I go through day and night. That would be my advise for you.

look the judge in the eye when you answer questions. stick to the point of the question as much as possible. i dont know what your medical problems are but if you cant sit for long periods of time, ask the judge if you can stand for a while, then you can sit again, etc. ask first. they might ask you how you got there, such as drove yourself, someone else drove you. be ready for it. you may be asked to describe your average day. dont be overly dramatic but dont downplay it either. if you need to take naps say so, rest say so, take pain medication, etc. pain medication makes you tired, forgetful, have trouble sleeping at night, whatever the case is.

dont over dress and if you are a woman dont use much makeup. if you look too good you may hurt your chances.

you will be nervous going in. everyone is. dont worry if it shows.

good luck.
