Unhappy Form OMB number 0960-0300

Anyone ever get this form while waiting for second hearing after remand from appeals council. It's almost insulting to think after all these years you want to go over my work history, after all these years, they should know what I'm thinking and what I had for breakfast.

Default Hi rayandnay

sounds like you are having a barrel of fun with SS and that whole process. I am medicare/medicaid. I had a barter today, my mosaics for yard work. Not only could I be taxed on the barter, SS and medicare would want to know. It is insulting not to be able to live very well. Anything you do, they want to know about. I hate the whole system. I hope all works out for you. ginnie

I had to fill out work history info multiple times, but I went through two applications and it's been several years. I was approved on my first go around and unluckily it was overturned by audit, even though this doesn't seem to happen very often..

You should be making copies of anything you send them so this shouldn't be that big of a deal. Perhaps you forgot about a job or duties within a job, or a Voc counselor has made claims that are inconsistent with what they're showing as your work history. Who knows? Get it done asap, and depending on where you need to return it to, do it in a way that gives you a papertrail.

I had the same job from 1979 until 2006 when I stopped working, I haven't worked since then

It's not just the job, it's what you claim your duties were as opposed to the regular duties for a similar position.

Driving a hi-lift in a warehouse, I'm not sure how many more ways I can explain this unskilled job. Both aljs I've had and the one I'll be going back to came to the same conclusion, cannot do past revelant work.

Then it should be no big deal to fill out the form. The fact that you still have an active case is promising.

I already filled it out, I guess I'm a little put off because it seems like they're playing with me or maybe a senior attorney has taken over the case, because I was informed that my case was under a second review for otr. I guess writing the President, my congressman, my senator, the appeals council judges, and Michael Astrue, and local social security office my have hit a nerve with somebody.
