I would call your lawyer about fixing those mistakes. I wouldn't think it would make a difference to the decision on his case now, but you don't want to have a short form review kicked back for a long form review in a few years because he had a doctor's appointment for the wrong knee or something.

Finz- thanks for the hope and I know there is always that chance it could get denied, so don't feel bad. I did call the lawyer and he was going to let the Judge know about the wrong knee for that visit.
