I'm sorry for your loss, Hope.

While it might have been too difficult for you to manage your dog as you became more disabled, what horrible timing to have to lose your best friend right as your world was being flipped upside down with health issues. Ouch.

It sounds like your journey has been complicated at every step. I hope that something changes for you and leads you to a gentler path. Hang in there.

I am new to forums, threads, or whatever this is........so maybe you can help me. I have looked at the FAQ's but do not understand. How can I reply without quoting? I tried to do a "quick" reply to you but nothing happened.

OK, now to what I wanted to reply........ You have no idea how much I appreciate the picture of your dog. Everytime I see it, she just makes me smile and makes my day better. Please give her a hug for me as she makes me smile just to see her picture. EVERY time I see it. Thank you and your sweet dog.

I think I figured it out....... the quick reply. Using it now. Also, I guess I should have used the "personal message" to write about your dog. Please forgive me. I am just learning my way around here. I am 62 and don't do any social media or anything like Twitter or Facebook. I am just an old fashioned e-mail gal. New to forums.

Awwws....Kayla Kook just got a hug and a kiss from you......she wagged her tail and mooched a nice long head scratch too.

I see you figured out the pm system.....Hi !

Have you found the blue boxed "post reply" button at the bottom of each thread on the left ? Above the quick reply area.....

And don't worry, I don't think anyone's found a cure for cancer or said anything that critical via twitter.
