I have so much trouble wording things right, but getting used to that and not getting as mad at myself as I used to, just still working on letting go of the frustration of it.....it is what it is and no sense in getting frustrated over it I know...sometimes easier said than done..but I am doing better at accepting some things

You only report new conditions when you are completing a CDR. So since you said you completed the short form and got a letter saying that SSA is not going to review you at this time, you have nothing to report now. Next CDR, in three or five or seven years; that is when you report new or worsening conditions.

In the mean time, you only report improvement and if you have none, then there is nothing to report.

Let it go.

ok, tysm, I will do my very best to remind myself to simply breathe and talk to my psychologist and have her teach me again how to relax from head to toe.

I hope that you are able to relax about this, granny.

The confusion about how important this issue may be and your resulting anxiety are all a part of the conditions that have disabled you. It is understandable that this type of issue may stress you out. Many of us are easily stressed out by issues surrounding our SSDI; It's our financial lifeline and feeling like we have no control over it is going to be stress producing.

By asking the question here, you've got the concrete answer AND it's recorded for posterity so you can refer back to this thread when you need to. Try to take everyone's advice that your worrying is needless on this subject.

Take it easy.

i got high blood pressure form it.that was about 3yrs ago and it still high form it.it was up around 187 to 192!!:eek:it was all due from that:(:(

OMG Don. It is terrible what it can do to one physically. The dr's can't bring it back down? Even so, that was a pretty high number to begin with!

I know everyone is being so kind as talking me through some things and some adding the suggestion to
let it go....easier to say than done, and I am working on that. Some days I have to keep telling myself to breathe and say let it go over and over again. I say the serenity prayer because I have no control over it.

curiosity here..You won your case before, how many times?

I am so sorry that this is so long. Curious, Do u know if u get reviewed every 3 years or 7? do u get the short form?

I don't know if I am supposed to respond here or not, I get so confused. I don't do good at this. But even if I have to say it 40 times in a row the serenity prayer does help me. I don't know if anyone know s it or not and I don't know who and who doesn't believe in God or something else but anyone can change it to higher power

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
the courage to change the things I can
and the wisdom to know the difference.

plz keep us informed, I am concerned, and I hope your blood pressure will begin to go down
