Default my messed up short form...got good letter!

I got a good letter today it says

"We sent you a letter telling you that we were going to review your disability case. However, we do not need to review your case at this time. Therefore, we will not contact your doctor now. We will keep any information that you have given us.

then reminders, and then if I have questions.. on the back side: If you do call or visit and an office, please have this letter with you. it will help us answer your questions. Also, if u plan to visit an office, you may call ahead to make and appointment. This will help us serve you more quickly when you arrive at the office.

my question is, do I go in and tell them that I am seeing a second neurologist and have given additional diagnosis of cervical dystonia and disc degeneration or leave well enough alone?

the problem with telling them about new dr, she sent me to another state to see movement disorder dr, and he did not agree, he said extreme anxiety etc...but my neurologist still lists cervical disorder diagnosis in my records even after she received that report

Don't go by me but I would leave well enough alone for now.

No. Report improvement in medical condition or return to work.

Are you 100% sure what conditions SS list (not what you listed) when they approved you in the 1st place? Since you have multiple issues a certain diagnosis by one doc that may or may not be correct seems unimportant. I'm not suggesting you hide an improved condition, but is that the case? You don't need to create new problems either as a consequence of your anxiety issues.

Somewhere on those forms are codes that reflect which conditions SS considers you disabled from. I don't remember which or where, hopefully someone else will let you know.

on what forms? i am confused, and no not hiding improvement, is none....just given 2 new diagnosis by a second neurologist....this one lives in town, my other one moved out of state, but I had continued to see him, til we got neurologists here...only two in town lol...I still do over the phone consultations with the one who moved out of state.

some of the issues I was approved for was cognitive disorder due to coiled aneurysm on communicating artery, bi polar, severe depression , severe anxiety, failed attempts to return to work, and my employer wrote letter about that, inability to bend over due to head pain from aneurysm, migraines, inability to concentrate, focus, limited sitting, standing, no pulling or pushing, severe tremors affecting head, legs, arm (severe), decompensation of overall functional skills etc etc....I see on the document from the NOTICE OF ATTORNEY ADVISOR DECISION - FULLY FAVORABLE THINGS THAT SAY severe within the regulations and the criteria of sections 11.18, 12.02, 12.04 of 20 CFR part 404 subpart P, appendix 1 (20 CFR 404.152o (d) and (c) listed also and 404.1525)
oh and it has more numbers and I don't know what any of it means...I don't understand most of anything anyway, and I cry so often because my daughter get's so frustrated with the fact that she will tell me something and five min later I ask her the same thing and she keeps telling me, mom I just told u that.....so if anyone knows what numbers mean and where I find them, I would appreciate....I have those listed above and psychological testing results and what my neurologist said, but I don't know what gave me the disability by name , I think some were grouped together...they did list severe head trauma I don't know I am confusing myself, I haven't been using my walker til now since I lost my balance as usual and fell and broke my nose....I am ss I just jumble all over the place and this is so confusing....I just didn't know whether or not to give them the two new diagnosis is all..or do I just let it go? think I will let it go, this is so idk I can't even think now

Your multiple conditions continue to be ongoing and just because one consulting doc disagreed with one of your diagnoses doesn't mean you need to notify SS. It seems that you're (what I would term) spinning over something that is a non-issue. If you can honestly say your condition is unchanged, than move on, and speak with your therapist if you need to relieve your anxiety over the situation. Please try to let it go.

good idea, in fact I see her Tues lol, I just forget to slow down and breathe sometimes, and that can help at times..and what I meant by asking if I need to notify ss of those 2 new diagnosis is not because 2 dr's disagree, but they were not part of my original diagnosis to begin with and then secondly that they don't agree, that wasn't a smart question was it? I have so much trouble wording things right, but getting used to that and not getting as mad at myself as I used to, just still working on letting go of the frustration of it.....it is what it is and no sense in getting frustrated over it I know...sometimes easier said than done..but I am doing better at accepting some things
