Default yes, totally expected

and it was, especially with the lack of evidence with the first claim. i heard that with the longer it takes, the better it is because that means they are giving more weight to the case, so i am not wanting to hear anything super duper fast, it has only been 3 weeks since my hearing. i figure maybe another 3 weeks or so, then i will start worrying.
