hmmm:confused:thats a tough one.depends on how many people you ask and each and everyone will be so completely different.my judge took sides!!:eek:shocked the heck out of me.he saw my "MRI"and saw neglect on my doctors part.good for malpractice suit.to make a lond story short the doctors reevaluate my case and declared my fully disable.now why did a judge and my attorney see this but my doctors wouldnt!!:mad:.so my lawyer just told me to go down to the "fed"bldg and re-apply..i was approved in the office.you see how different my case turn out, from everyone else's:confused: hard to say how your will go....oh and please dont call yourself "hopeless".to me your not:hug:
