There's actually a secure URL to the SSA page that everyone is saying isn't secure but I can't post it just yet because I need 10 posts to post a URL. This post will be my 5th.

I'm working on it. :)

0048 is very low....they go up to 9999. the higher the number, the greater the chance of a long form full cdr. low is where you want to be. right before that number should be a profile type, high , medium or low.

Im new to this site and I know I posted the same question a few times but just wondering if anyone knows on my disability update report on the front page where the where your ss number and d.o.b and other information im a 7+yrs medical review cycle just wondering if anyone knows if L/0048 is the L -Low and what does LOW mean I know their are LOW MED and HIGH so with the L/0048 does this mean not expected to improve not that I what to be on disability all these years but I cant even leave my house I have nerve damage in my head which makes me dizzy 24 hrs a day its horrible just don't feel like going with a long form full medical review so anyone what does L/0048 mean does this mean not expected to improve I think this is some profiling scoring SSA does Help ?

Sable in all likelihood you will receive a short form to start. It is important you continue to seek appropriate treatment, but SS only asks for info going back 12 months from the time you receive your CDR. Working pt or going to school or stating your condition has improved on the short form CDR would all trigger the long form CDR.

This is an excellent guide to read before you fill out the short form CDR: http://nymakesworkpay.org/docs/Guide_CDR.pdf

It explains why you should never use the comments section of the short form or update personal info.
