Default SS website

I wasted much of Saturday unable to get in the SS website. I see the hours they post that they are closed. My difficulty has been when they are supposed to be up and accessible. Are others having trouble accessing the SS website? I am trying to do an initial app but am so frustrated that I can go anywhere else on the web but not into the SS website. I intermittently am able to get in.

What browser are you using? maybe try a different one?

I didn't see anything on the link posted by Mz Migraine about hours of operation. So I assume open 24/7.
I clicked various links there and it all worked normally. I use Firefox as my browser.
