Default ALJ Hearing yesterday - is this good or bad?

Hi Friends,

Been awhile since I posted on here. My health (mental) problems have become worse so I am finding it difficult to put together sentences etc. and have been having times where I do not remember what I do. I keep having strange behavior and everyone is mad at me and I don't remember what happened.

I have kept you all in my prayers. I hope those in need have been granted benefits. What a huge relief that must be.

I had my ALJ hearing yesterday and the judge ended the hearing by asking me why I was having such severe chronic pain. I said that I don't know.

He wanted to send my medical records to an impartial doctor for review to see why he thinks I have such severe chronic pain. He seemed like he really felt bad for me and wished there was some kind of treatment he could find. That is probably not right though. Probably what I would like to think.

My lawyer said that I do not need to come back and I did good on my testimony and would get a decision in the mail in 30-90 days. The judge also said I would have a decision in 30-90 days.

What do you guys think about that? Is this bad or good? My life is really depending on these disability benefits. I could not work even if I become homeless so I am extremely stressed out about it.

The judge did recognize that I cannot take care of myself and would have to be in an assisted living place if my mom was not here to help me. She is 75 years old. I am scared. Just lost my dad to Multiple System Atrophy in February. My mom is all I have now and we would be starving if not for the food stamps I receive. We don't get his pension benefits anymore. I feel so bad that I am such a hardship on my mom. She gets so stressed out about all the bills. I want to be able to help so much.

I appreciate any reply's.

Thanks,
Brain Patch

Also- I did not have a VE at the hearing yesterday.

I had a VE at my first ALJ Hearing (yes this is my second time around- new claim). The VE at my first hearing determined that there was no job I could do but I was still denied.

Maybe this is why they did not have one? Or it is so obvious that I could not work any job they did not need one?

They did have new evidence from an MRI on my brain that showed problems and my doctor supported me more. He said that he would like for me to be able to work an easy part time job but does not think that is possible.
I also had MRI of my back that shows herniated and bulging disc's as well as moderate to severe DDD and a hospital report showing Liver problems.

I am pretty sure that I have final stage liver disease. You have to have a biopsy of the liver to show that but I have had liver failure along with kidney and multiple organ failure. I have a lot of problems with my liver still.

I need to have a hernia repair surgery and am going to have a liver biopsy done at that time. That is - if I ever get approved. I need the insurance benefits badly.

Please, someone answer and give me some input.

Thanks Again,
Brain
