Hello everyone, This is my first time posting here. I'm here to ask if it is common to have your hearing canceled and postponed to another date? Received a letter from my lawyer stating that they would notify me when it is rescheduled. Is this common or does it mean they may determine an approval before court date? All of this is so confusing. Thanks so much for any replies.

Your attorney probably asked for the reschedule due to a conflict.

Thanks for your reply but, letter states his office had been contacted by the office of Disability Adjudication and Review to advise hearing had been canceled for that date. Maybe conflict with judges schedule perhaps?

Yes. Hopefully you won't have too long of a delay.
