Default How long after hearing for answer?

Had my son's hearing for SSI on dec 3rd. How much longer do you think it will be before he gets an answer?

60-90 days is probably the norm. It can take up to 6 months in certain cases.

The waiting is the hardest part, of course.

If your son was/is rep, you can always ask the atty for a time frame.
Time frames for a response is different for each state, city, county, etc.
