Anyone walk in situation with ALJ who's approval ratings are so low, you realize I'm not going to win, no way, no how? What did you do after you got your denial letter? What did you do after your case was remanded? Does anyone have any faith in bias forms?

I highly encourage you not to focus on this. It is NOT a good use of your time or energy.
Even in the NY bias case, those involved had their cases remanded back to a new ALJ. You have an opportunity to appeal a denial. Using the checks and balances that are in place as an opportunity to add new evidence lacking from your file, in case you have to go to federal court or in case you're successful with the appeal and get a remand. Concentrate on the weaknesses of your own case. Last edited by LIT LOVE; 03-03-2015 at 03:59 PM. |
