Default Stieberger v Sullivan
I've been involved in Steiberger v. Sullivan ssdi for many years. I just received letter FULLY FAVORABLE. Now how long does this take to get monies? This federal case has been over 20years in the making. . Does anyone know about this

Monthly benefits can be within 30-60 days in a regular decision. If you have significant backpay it can several months. If you have any other income like WC that would need to be offset, it can take even longer.

Does SS have your banking info? It can delay things if they don't.

I'd suggest inquiring with your attorney.
